Naomi

is a certified indoor cycling instructor whose approach is centered in the joy of movement and health at every size. Her fitness journey began years ago as a competitive long distance cross country runner. These days, she still hits the pavement, but has expanded her repertoire to include CrossFit, dance, swimming, HIIT training, and, of course, her personal favorite: indoor cycling. Previously, she worked as an English/ESL high school teacher with a focus in trauma informed practices. When she’s not on the bike, you can find her out and about in NELA, enjoying the company of her neighbors and vibrant community.

Correen

is a former Buffalo New York native now residing in sunny Southern California. Growing up she always had an act for dance & fitness.

Her consistent positivity, high energy and upbeat spirit has always been a huge draw to crowds of all ages. After teaching her first HIIT class 5 years ago, Correen’s passion for guiding one’s personal fitness goals and encouraging a better way of life began! Her approach balances FUN, challenging, and specially designed workouts to get you feeling confident, motivated, and see the results you’ve been waiting for!

Nailah

has been training clients since 2020. She specializes in weightlifting to improve strength, cardiovascular and sports specific conditioning, and recovery and rehab movement to help her clients with mobility and flexibility.

Anissa

began her love for fitness early. A young competing gymnast at the age of 5, by age 10 she transitioned to dancing and acrobatics. She started teaching group fitness classes when she was a teenager, then at age 20 she began her professional dancing career. Anissa has been a dance teacher, choreographer and fitness instructor at top dance studios and fitness gyms in the L.A. area for over 25 years. She loves to inspire her clients with passion and encouragement.

Richard

Hey, I’m Richard! I’m a yogi and songwriter born and raised in Albuquerque. My love for fitness was fostered by my parents, who are both spin instructors and personal trainers. Yoga and meditation have been transformative practices for my mental and physical health, and I’m passionate about teaching and sharing their profound impact with others. I look forward to seeing you in class!
